A documentary to help you overcome your chronic illness

Last night while browsing Dr Joe Dispenza’s website I came across a documentary I hadn’t seen before: Heal. It is free on Netflix. I was so excited I had to watch it right away. If you are suffering with chronic illness, you owe it to yourself to watch this video. I enjoyed the priceless information.

I have already been utilizing the teachings of Dr. Joe, Anthony William, and Bruce Lipton. There is even more precious information on top of what they have to offer. Enjoy.

If you know someone with a chronic illness please share this with them, you might just save their life. Here are the 9 things in common with spontaneous remission, I like to call them miracles. Yes, you too can experience your own miraculous healing with the right information and attitude. I wish you health.

Are you sick of being sick?

Medical Medium

If you are sick of being sick, or know anyone suffering… you have got to read this book. Anthony has helped thousands of people heal when no doctors could help. Know anyone suffering from Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Hypothyroidism, menopause/hot flashes, Thyroid disease, autoimmune, diabetes, adrenal fatigue, Candida, Migraines, shingles, ADD, ADHD, autism, PTSD, Bell’s Palsy, and Lyme disease just to name a few?

I have been suffering with Hypothyroidism for over 8 years.  Last month I heard about his book Medical Medium Thyroid Healing.  I bought the kindle version and loved it and could NOT put it down.  I loved it so much I started reading his first book Medical Medium.

Since 1 Aug. 2018, I have been following his thyroid healing protocols .  I am seeing huge improvements in my health and have been able to decrease my thyroid medication, with hope of healing.  I will keep posting updates of my healing journey.

Cooking sprouted beans to reduce flatulence

I know beans are good for me, but they don’t like me.

Are you sick of getting bloated, gassy, and flatulent every time you eat beans?

I know I am not the only bean eater who farts.  Want to reduce your flatulence?  It’s scientifically proven that eating beans causes gas.  Check out this article from Nutritionfacts.org on beans and gas. Not only can that gas be uncomfortable, it can be embarrassing. Are you afraid to eat beans because you know you have an important meeting, appointment, or job interview later? Have you ever completely stopped eating beans for a period of time over the hassle? I have. I am ready to give eating beans a try again, but only sprouted, then cooked beans. Date Paste Recipe

Date Paste

Dates are a highly nutritious sweet alternative to all of the sweet junk food on the market these days.  Today I made some date paste from Medjool dates that had been sitting in my fridge for a very long time (no one wants to know how long).  Dates don’t go bad fast, think of how long raisins last.  The recipe is very simple to make with only two ingredients.

Get the munchies while you’re watching a show?

If you are anything like me… you probably grab a bag of chips or something else really unhealthy and sit down in front of the TV and munch away mindlessly. This can be a very difficult habit to break so we’re not going to try to break it right away. Instead we are going to replace that unhealthy snack with a healthy one, like the snack pictured below. Throw together a few veggies and hummus or fresh air popped popcorn. You are guaranteed to eat less calories this way then eating chips directly from the bag.

The snacks don’t have to take a lot of time to put together either. These snacks are organic store bought baby carrots, some peas, and cherry tomatoes. Along with store-bought hummus this becomes a very healthy and filling snack. Maybe someday you will feel so good from eating so healthy that you will want to try making homemade hummus like I did. I don’t always have time to make homemade hummus though so I like the option of buying it at the store (try to find a version of hummus with no added oil).
