Healing meditation challenge

Up for a challenge?

I would like to ask you to take this meditation challenge. Maybe you have tried everything else but if you haven’t tried sound healing from crystals bowls yet, I highly recommend a quick focused listen.

Please dedicate 10, 20 or 30 minutes to this crystal bowl meditation video. The vibrations will help you vibrate at a frequency conducive to healing. It is also great for increasing your vibration to help you merge with your higher self/the universe/God for a listening meditation where you can tune into the answers to your questions. I would call this a form of energy healing as well.

1. Set a clear intention for your meditation.

  • What do you want to accomplish during this meditation?
    • Healing
    • Balance chakras
    • Let go of trapped negative emotions(emotional baggage)/energy healing
    • Cleansing chakras
    • Increasing your vibration/frequency
    • Get answers to prayers/questions
    • Awaken the pineal gland
    • Merge with your higher self/subconscious/universe/God

2. During the sound healing I would like to suggest that you embrace any negative emotions or memories that come up and learn from them and let them go.

  • Ask: what did I need to learn from this memory/experience?
    • Really try to see the experience from different perspectives. Really try to put yourself in the shoes of the other person if needed. If you are ready to let go and forgive, then release the negative emotion/memory/experience. Change the memory if you want to. Relive the experience as the new wiser you and determine if you would have done anything different knowing what you now know. Learn and let it go. If you feel like you have let it go/forgive/feel forgiven, then it is time to truly let it go and release the emotional baggage for good. Place a positive affirmation in its spot if you want, filling the spot where the negative energy was, fill it with love and/or positive energy/a positive affirmation.
    • Let the waves wash away any old emotions you are ready to let go of.

3. Store any extra positive energy in your belly where you can access it later if needed.

4. Make meditation a habit.

  • Set a goal to meditate everyday for at least 21 days
  • set aside 10+ minutes a day

For one of your meditations I would like to challenge you to ask if there is a God/Great Spirit/Supreme Intelligence (if you have not already done this before). If you have never asked, I challenge you to KNOW if there is a God or not. How do you know there is no God if you have not taken the opportunity to ask Him directly? Without fear, talk to the Universe/Cosmos/Supreme Creator/Great Spirit, meditate and ask “Do you love me as one of your children?” Ask “if you love me, please help me to feel of your love for me in my heart”. I promise you He will answer this prayer.

A documentary to help you overcome your chronic illness

Last night while browsing Dr Joe Dispenza’s website I came across a documentary I hadn’t seen before: Heal. It is free on Netflix. I was so excited I had to watch it right away. If you are suffering with chronic illness, you owe it to yourself to watch this video. I enjoyed the priceless information.

I have already been utilizing the teachings of Dr. Joe, Anthony William, and Bruce Lipton. There is even more precious information on top of what they have to offer. Enjoy.

Being chronically ill for so many years has taken me on a wondrous adventure of learning.  I feel blessed to be able to share with you my adventure so you too can experience the joy of healing.  Recently I have been finding so much valuable information.  I hope you enjoy this information as much as I have.

These three books have helped open my mind to new approaches to healing I had never considered before. I highly recommend starting with The Emotion Code.  This book helped me realize I was doing a great job taking care of my physical body by eating plant-based, but that I was neglecting my Energy Body (aka: spirit, aura, subtle body, unseen body, chakras, spirituality).  I am not the expert though so I will refer you to the book to understand what I mean by “energy body”.  After reading The Emotion Code I went to Dr. Nelsons website:  Discover Healing and I was able to find a practitioner near me in Mesa, AZ who is helping me heal my energy body through the emotion code and biofeedback, I like to call this energy healing.  If you are in the Mesa area I highly recommend Victory Energy Wellness, ask for an Emotion Code appointment with Jolene the owner.

Jolene recommended several books to me during my appointment and I started with reading Evolve Your Brain.  In this book I learned the power of our brain in regards to healing.  The author shares his story of his miraculous healing from a serious vehicle versus man on a bike crash.  During his recovery he discovered Ramtha:  The White Book.

Since reading these books I have been able to change my thinking to increase my healing capabilities.  I apologize in advance if any of this healing information is vague, I just don’t want to try to explain any of it to you when you should learn from the experts like I did.  I hope you will open yourself up to healing options that you may not have considered before.

Who has time to read all of these books?

You may be wondering how you are going to find time to read all of these books or you may be thinking “I don’t have the money to buy all of these books”.  I want to share with you how I read all of these books in a very short period of time and for very little cost.  First of all, I highly recommend you search for them for free through your local library.  My library has an app available, so I don’t even have to go to the library, I just log on to the app and check out the book I want.  I like to get the audio book version so I can listen to the book in the car on the way to and from work.  I also listen to books while doing my chores, gardening, and while cooking.

If you cannot find the book you want through your library, kindle ebooks are a great inexpensive option.  I have the Amazon Echo at home, so I have Alexa read my kindle ebooks to me.  I am sure this is also available with other virtual assistants, for example I have also used Siri on my iPhone.  Siri reads books and articles to me all of the time.  I wish you joy and healing on your adventure.
